Courses and exercises are educational. Case studies are fictitious and advice must be adapted to the actual case file with competent professionals. A score, completed learning path or AI feedback is not a certification, professional licence or transaction guarantee.
Account and working data
Keep your personal access details secure. Do not place real client data in exercises or the chatbot. The local notebook remains on the browser after logging out; on a shared device, export it and then manage its erasure in My Space. Remote backup applies to versions you save or synchronise after activation.
Respect for resources
The tools are provided for learning and practice. Do not disrupt the service, attempt to access other users' notebooks, or present local scores as certified professional credentials. To distribute content within your own network or use the CBE brand, request permission from the platform contact.
Availability, corrections and support
The service may be interrupted or modified. Keep exports of your important work. Report inaccurate content together with its source and context. AI corrections may make mistakes; support can be reached by email and WhatsApp, with no guaranteed availability or response times announced.
Prior to any future order
The seller, their address and credentials, the exact service, the total price and applicable taxes, access duration, payment terms, invoicing, and complaint and cancellation rules must be specified. Applicable rights depend notably on the seller, the client and the service; this page does not establish a universal legal regime.
