What stays on your device
Notes, answers, drafts and results are stored in the browser so you can resume your work. Theme and audience measurement preferences are also saved there. You can export your notebook and manage local data in My Space. Clearing local data does not delete versions already saved online.
Account and Supabase backup
Supabase manages authentication and private versions of the notebook. Signing in alone does not send your notebook. Explicitly saving or enabling synchronisation sends training data to the connected account. Previous versions remain stored and accessible to their owner. Remote deletion and account-related requests currently go through CBE contact; no automatic retention period is announced here.
AI Assistant and feedback
Messages sent to the chatbot and submissions sent for feedback are transmitted to the OpenAI service. Feedback on the continuous assessment portfolio includes necessary previous work; feedback on the CRM includes its fictional log. The assistant does not have general access to your account. Requests instruct not to store responses via the API setting; this does not constitute a guarantee that the provider keeps no technical logs. Do not send personal client data, identity documents or bank details.
Optional audience measurement
Application measurement is disabled until you accept it. It counts viewed pages, practice sessions opened and contact clicks using aggregated daily counters. No name, email, free text, score, account ID, search parameter or individual user path is recorded in these counters. Technical traffic required for hosting remains processed by Netlify independently of this choice.
Counters measure neither unique visitors nor sales. Preferences can be modified below. Opting out does not prevent training. As aggregated data is not linked to an individual, a separate contribution cannot be identified for deletion.
Partner network
Applications are stored in a private Supabase folder linked to the account. CBE reviews the presentation, cities, languages, specialisations, professional references and contact details prior to publication. Approved profiles can be viewed publicly; telephone, email and professional website details are provided separately to accounts with active network access. Legal credentials remain in the private folder. Decisions and changes in permissions are logged for network administration.
Favourites remain in this browser. Searching and comparing transmit no leads. Professionals can withdraw their application and hide their listing from their space; this does not automatically delete administrative files. Deletion requests are handled via CBE contact.
External contacts
An email or WhatsApp link opens the corresponding service. You choose what you send; its own terms apply. The support form only drafts a message in your email client.
